Details:
"Stay," is one of the eloquent and artistic horror movies ever produced. I was not only impressed with the pacing, it was also the revelation scenes and flashbacks. This is a highly psychological film and when you watch, you must pay attention.
Ewan McGregor is a psychologist starting in this feature. He begins treating a new patient, played by Ryan Gosling, and his life changes.
He pursues this curious person and tries to learn more about his past. He believes Gosling's character is planning on suicide and increases his efforts to help. He starts visiting people that the patient referred to and learns things aren't what they seem at all. The intense scene changes and incredible artistic presence demands your attention. It will be easy for you to become lost if you don't watch.
The movie starts moving even faster as the fateful weekend approaches and everything seems to unravel. Gosling's character seems to be literally "spreading" his mental disorder to those around him. Even Naomi Watts' character, McGregor's movie girlfriend, appears to be seeing things that aren't there.
The review for this movie isn't a lengthy one. The story is easily summarized, however highly worthy of viewing for the beauty.
