Horror is one of the oldest genres in existence, and sadly, one of the most abused. The term is now a generic adjective used to promote everything from the latest romantic thriller to a futuristic science fiction novel. This is not place where every genre from romance to mystery is labeled "horror" simply because it has an element or two of the genre.

Horror was once a popular genre, but has since lost respect and dignity. This is a web site dedicated to the glory of actual supernatural and traditional horror now, and from times past.
